Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Grant
The Manchester Continuum of Care was awarded $1.2 million in September of 2021. This funding was allocated to the CoC by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to create a Coordinated Community Plan to prevent and end youth and young adult homelessness.
